Family trip to Zion's Park - April 2011

On the way home from Las Vegas we stopped in Zion National Park for a quick tour since neither Em nor the kids had ever been there.  We didn't have time to see much, but we did manage a cool drive up a steep, windy road with some nice tunnels that the kids enjoyed, and a stop at the visitor center where they posed for numerous pictures and bought souvenirs.

Family trip to Vegas in April 2011

Took a short weekend trip to Las Vegas with the kids in April.  We stayed at the Excalibur and took the kids to see an array of things on the strip.  They thoroughly enjoyed it and we even got a "thank you" from them for taking them on the trip.  Their favorites were the Sirens of Treasure Island pirate ship fight and the Bellagio fountains.  They did NOT like the Mirage Volcano which scared them as we were pretty close to it.  They each got a nice haul of M&Ms of their choice from the M&M Store which was another favorite.

Brady's Singing Program at School - March 2011

Pictures from Brady's "Salute To America" program on March 31, 2011.  Thanks to Grandma, Grandpa, Nana and Papa for coming as well.  Songs included a version of Neil Diamond's "Coming To America" and a salute to the military members in the audience among others.

Feb 2011

Some pictures from February.  Brady went to a Cub Scout introduction and enjoyed making a themed cake with mom.  Brady also continues to play with Legos often, and was proud of the "robot" he built above.  In February Cameron went with Dad to a Monster Truck show to see his favorite - Grave Digger.  As you can see he now has a nice collection of toy monster trucks.
